- Right to the limitation of processing: to obtain the limitation of the processing of one's personal data in particular in the event of a dispute as to the accuracy of the data, when the data retention period has come to an end but the person whose data is processed still needs to retain this personal data for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim ;
- Right to portability: obtain communication of personal data communicated to EDEN 1969 in a readable format, or request that EDEN 1969 transmit the personal data communicated to another data controller;
- Right to object: object at any time, on grounds relating to his/her personal situation, to the processing of his/her personal data based on EDEN 1969's legitimate interests, unless EDEN 1969 has compelling reasons to do so;
