In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to request a refund or an exchange, whatever the reason for the return.
To return an item, please refer to the procedures below. 1969 will not be able to exchange or refund an item if the procedure is not followed.
I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT.
Please check the following points first:
- You have made your exchange request to our Customer Service within 14 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of the package.
- For reasons of hygiene, no sex toy will be exchanged if it has been unwrapped.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Lingerie, accessories and clothing must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- DVDs and books must be in their protective plastic film and unopened.
- Your request may only concern the same product but in a different size or color.
If one of these conditions is not met, we will not be able to exchange the product.
Once these checks have been made, here is the procedure for returning the product to be exchanged:
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING AN ITEM :
1. Download the Return Form by clicking on this link.
2. Indicate the following reason on the Return Form: Exchange.
3. Indicate the Name of the product (name, size, color...) you wish to receive.
4. Return the parcel, enclosing the Return Form.
On receipt of your parcel, we will send you the product requested in exchange within one week.
You are responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning products for exchange.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
First of all, please check the following points:
- You have made your refund request to our Customer Service within 14 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of your parcel?
- For reasons of hygiene, no sex toy item will be taken back if it has been unpacked.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in good condition.
- Lingerie, accessories and clothing must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- DVDs and books must be in their protective plastic film and unopened.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to refund your order.
Once these checks have been carried out, here is the procedure for returning the product to be refunded:
REFUND PROCEDURE :
1. Download the Return Form by clicking on this link.
2. Indicate the following reason on the Return Form: Refund.
3. Send the parcel back to us, enclosing the Return Form.
Your order will be automatically refunded to your account once we have received and checked your package (2 to 3 days processing time).
You will be reimbursed for the price of the products, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning products for reimbursement.
Upon receipt of your parcel, we will send you an email confirming the exchange or refund.
On receipt of your order, despite our best efforts, you may find that:
We have made a mistake in the content of your order
We apologize for this inconvenience and will do our best to replace it as soon as possible. Contact our Service Client department to inform us of an error in the preparation of your order.
Then, follow these steps to return the product for exchange:

turn the parcel, enclosing the Return Form and your Colissimo/Poste invoice.
On receipt of your parcel, we will send you the product you originally ordered and reimburse you directly to your account for the cost of returning your parcel or the incorrect item (based on your invoice)
One of your products is faulty
We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to replace it as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer service to let us know that one of your products is faulty.
Then follow these steps to return the defective product for exchange:
1. Download the Return Form by clicking on this link.
2. Indicate the following reason on the Return Form: Defective product
3. Return the parcel, enclosing the Return Form and your Colissimo/Poste invoice.
On receipt of your parcel, we will send you a new product and reimburse you directly to your account for the cost of returning your parcel or defective item (based on your invoice).
We will exchange defective products purchased on the www.1969.fr/en website within 2 months. Don't forget to enclose the invoice for the cost of shipping your defective product back to us, as we will cover the cost.
